When creating Bookings, M-Book will warn you about problems such as a Room not being equipped for a particular Service or a Practitioner not being given enough time to set up or clean up a room.
These things might not be problems in some situations, and you can decide whether to make the Booking anyway. M-Book will not stop you from making bad Bookings, but it will help you as much as possible to avoid them.
M-Book will, however, stop you from making impossible Bookings, such as a double-booking on a Practitioner or a Customer.
If you work for yourself as well as for a Clinic and you want to share your availability with your Clinic, you can give that Clinic access to see your Private Bookings.
This will show your Bookings on the Clinic's calendar without revealing any personal details about your Clients.
