End of Month Reporting
If your Practitioners are freelance and you charge them Room Rent, you will want to be able to confidently pay them for the work which has been done.
An End of Month Report is a financial statement which itemises all work and lets you know how much you owe your Practitioners.
Because M-Book records all Service Charges, Room Rent and Payment Surcharges, it can easily produce this data for you.
You can create an End of Month Report for any date range you like - just spanning a few days if you need it to. It will fit exactly to your Month End activities.
Each page of an End of Month Report is for a separate Practitioner, and it details every Booking they have done within the date range, along with Cost, Room Rent and Payment Surcharges.
It is possible that your Pracitioners are paid directly by their Customers and will owe you the Room Rent and Payment Surcharges. In this case, their End of Month Statement will show a negative total, indicating that they will be paying you.
