Gaps and Searching
Our Bookings Calendar will tell you visually how large gaps are so that it is easy to find an appropriate place to make a Booking.
These visual notes will be displayed anywhere where a gap between bookings is between around 30mins to a couple of hours long.
It is a great visual aid which helps you spot instantly if a gap is large enough to hold a Client's Booking, or whether another spot would be better.
M-Book also allows "Gap Searching", which makes the process of creating Bookings in a busy calendar very easy indeed.
To do Gap Searching, you use "Search and Book" to find gaps around a time where your Client might be available - tell "Search and Book" the kind of service and a date to search around, and it will let you know all the places where this kind of booking would fit over a few days before and after the date you selected.
