Online Bookings for your Clients
If you are using our "Professional" product, your Clients will be able to make Online Bookings for themselves.
You will be able to link your Website to M-Book, and your Clients will be able to follow the link, log-in and search for available Booking Slots.
For maximum flexibility, you can either allow Online Bookings to be made anywhere on your Calendar, or you can create special "Online Booking Slots" on certain Rooms, starting and ending at certain times, and repeating every day, week or month.
This allows you to keep some Rooms back from your Clients or ringfence various times of day, allowing your Reception to manage Phone or In-Person Bookings easily.
M-Book's Online Booking slot-search algorithm will make sure that your Bookings Calendar is filled properly, leaving very few "unusably small gaps", making your Bookings Calendar highly efficient.
