Our Bookings Calendar automatically shows and highlights areas where a Practitioner or a Room is not available, and our Booking Forms will let you know if your proposed Booking cannot be fulfilled.

Our Bookings Calendar will tell you visually how large gaps are so that it is easy to find an appropriate place to make a Booking.

Costs and Room Rent included
Every Booking Template for a Practitioner has its own Cost and optional Room Rent.
You decide what you want your prices to be when setting your Services and Practitioners, and your Receptionists will never need to worry about financials.
Light-Touch Booking Validation
When creating Bookings, M-Book will warn you about problems such as a Room not being equipped for a particular Service, or a Practitioner not being given enough time to set up or clean up a room.
These things might not be problems in some situations, and you can decide whether to make the Booking anyway. M-Book will not stop you from making "bad" Bookings, but it will help you as much as possible to avoid them.
M-Book will, however, stop you from making impossible Bookings, such as a double-booking on a Practitioner or a Customer.
Private Bookings
If you work for yourself as well as for a Clinic and you want to share your availability with your Clinic, you can give that Clinic access to see your Private Bookings.
This will show your Bookings on the Clinic's calendar without revealing any personal details about your Clients.
Online Bookings
You can link M-Book to your main website, and Clients will be able to register and log in to make their own Bookings, which will be paid for in person after their appointment.
You can restrict Online Bookings to specific Services, Rooms and times by creating Online Booking Slots in your Bookings Calendar, or you can allow Online Bookings to be made anywhere.
Import and Export all your data
Powerful Import and Export routines will help you to get set up quickly, or to take all your data with you if you decide to leave us.
You can always export all of your data, even if you have unpaid invoices.
Monthly Contracts, with no minimum term
Our Packages are for Monthly Contracts, and you can leave any time you like, taking all your data with you.
If you need to have a break from M-Book for any reason, simply stop paying. You will still have access to use M-Book after non-payment, you just won't be able to make Bookings.
When you're ready to resume using M-Book, simply pay the latest outstanding invoice and you'll be up and running again straight away.
End of Month Reporting
An End Of Month report is a set of financial statements, one per Practitioner, detailing all their Bookings, payments, bank/card surcharges and Room Rent.
If your Clinic is one where your Practioners pay rent for the room they use, then this Report will tell you how much you owe them or vice versa after payment surcharges and Room Rent have been applied.
Right-based Security
Security throughout the system is granular and can apply to User Types and to individual Users.
If your employees are multi-function, you can easily set up your Practitioners to be able to work as Receptionists, or to allow one of your Reception staff to run your End of Month Reporting.
